request for rectification of the reports on 18-july-2009

all the customers of smart solution are requested to get the clarification of reports on 18 july 2009 b/w 10 am to 5 pm and if you fail to get the reports on the day and if you fail to rectify it on the day your we will be paying as per the reports sent by us
